Sometimes Waupaca Chain Buyers are nervous to buy in the winter as they can not check the lake bottom. We got to an accepted offer to purchase but, the buyers HAD a contingency to check the quality of the lake bottom so…a hole was cut in the ice and I jumped in to check how “firm” the lake bottom was. It was perfect and we are proceeding to other inspections. Being a Realtor, some days are especially fun! My son is a Realtor in Phoenix and, he does not have this type of a contingency in offers to purchase.
