It is always fun to help a client make money! This client bought what would for sure be considered a “Junk” house, fixed it up and then sold it for a nice price.
After this client fixed up this house he listed it on Zillow – For Sale by Owner – for to low a price. After calling him we agreed on a little further work that needed to be done and then listed it for much more than his For Sale by Owner number.
It sold relatively quickly – at the higher price. A fun transaction for everyone involved.
